Lee Sparks | Managing Editor
- Married since 1998 to Kathryn, who's also an ordained pastor.
- Foster dad to over 25 kids (not all at once).
- Has served at Group Publishing in just about every department over 20-plus years.
- Born in Denver, and grew up in Loveland, Colorado. Sojourned in Oklahoma for college, law school, and seminary, and then for several years as a trial attorney.
- Little known fact: Was a kid in Group's founder and president Thom Schultz's first youth group.

Jeff Spencer | Art Director
- Began his graphic design career when dinosaurs walked the earth. He actually drew stuff by hand...
- His 4 daughters and 4 grandsons all rise up and call him "blessed" when he walks into the room;
- Enjoys wordplay and writing things that nobody ever sees, even though he's the "art guy";
- Celebrated his 50th birthday by running a half-marathon;
- Grew up in Elkhart, Indiana dreaming of the mountains. Now he lives in the Rockies;
- Little known fact: Jeff is the only team member who's been strip-searched at the Miami airport.

- Grew up in Newark, NJ but moved to Colorado to be near the mountains;
